Gourmet Pastry Presentation
with Mr.Udi Ezra
Acclaimed Pastry Chef
Pastry Chef Udi Ezra is the acclaimed Pastry Chef at KMR Tours luxury vacations, and formerly of Basil Restaurant. IY"H Chef Ezra and the Werner's of KMR will be opening a gourmet dairy café on Kingston Avenue, in late spring. We are eagerly anticipating the cafe where Chef Ezra's outstanding pastries and renowned gelato and ice creams will be served.
Chef Ezra will impress you with a live demonstration showing how to create delicious, dramatic pastries at home for Shavuos, Shabbos or a simcha. This is an amazing opportunity to learn from a notable kosher Pastry Chef. You won’t want to miss this culinary experience.
